As one of our friendly Patient Care Coordinators, Ali is often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk into Beauty ReNew—and patients instantly feel at ease. From a smooth check-in and check-out process to answering questions with care and clarity, Ali ensures every visit is stress-free and welcoming.

Her warm personality, attention to detail, and signature British accent (which everyone absolutely loves!) make her a beloved part of the Beauty ReNew experience. Ali takes pride in making sure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Mary is a patient care coordinator and is making her return to the aesthetics industry in a full-circle moment. After a distinguished background in the Army National Guard, as a U.S. Marine Corps air traffic controller and as a 911 dispatcher she went on to become a Registered Nurse, dedicating years of compassionate care to others before retiring from clinical practice.

At the front desk, Mary brings together the roles that shaped her into the calm, collected professional she is today with her early love for beauty to create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
